The following are a small sample of the work our practice has been involved with in the past few years. In addition to these we have completed a variety of other Farm and Rural buildings, and the technology available today enables us to meet our clients' needs wherever they may be located.


New work

Wellington Town Unit

A two and a half storey on a small site where the two street entrances dictated its final design footprint.

A new farmhouse for a young farmer's family in 'traditional' NZ corrugated iron clad exterior.

This new Wellington cedar and Onduline® clad home's shape and style was dictated by the site and the special brief of its clients'.

Hawkes Bay Farmhouse

A design with considerable client input 'from the ground up' was formulated in brick, plaster and metal tile roof.

Galloway

A major house remodelling project to the owners of a large dairy farm operation.

Entry and deck verandahs added to a well-preserved 1910 home.

Recycled Macrocarpa Kitchen

Recycled macrocarpa timber joinery and floor tiles to the benchtops make for longevity in this rural kitchen.

Wet Floor Shower

A remodelled, tiled ensuite.

General

A 44-Bale Rotary Cow Shed

Galvanised steel portals, pre-cast tilt slab walls texture painted, smooth prepainted steel and polystyrene filled ceiling panels, make for a clean, pleasant milking environment in 2005.

A nationwide company's 1st new 'stand-alone' building.
