What will it cost?

Our fees can be based on our hourly rate for the service, a fixed fee, or agreed % fee on project cost.

These options are fully discussed with you in the iInitial interview, and a preliminary and/or formal agreement will be signed on the parties approvals.

Our fees are negotiable, however we believe it reflects the quality and value of the professional service that your project requires, and is fair to both parties.

Any building project is now a complex involvement by many trades and others, and good, clear design and documentation can now involve many hours.

Note that our company is obliged to charge GST for its services, and that other expenses such as travel, photography, or printing will be outlined to you.

The Local Authorities can now call for ground stability reports and possibly site surveys if a particular design calls for such. These and other particular consenting requirements will raise additional engineering costs for the project, and would be raised with you at an early stage.

Revision of building codes now means additional design and documentation work for your particular renovations or alterations.
